The Return to Football - 2021
29th March 2021
From Monday, the 29th of March 2021, as part of the next stage of the Government’s roadmap out of national lockdown, outdoor sports facilities can open, and organised outdoor football can take place. Leyland Albion FC have put in place a full set of guidelines for coaches, players and parents/carers as set out below. If you have any questions about any of the guidelines, please speak to your team manager or reach out to a committee member.
Training Consent Form
All players that are returning to training must complete the 'Returning to Training' consent form, players will not be allowed to take part in training until this has been completed. The form can be found, by clicking here.
